1-Umm Ghuwailina Health Center
As part of this project, our team contributed to the successful delivery of a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Qatar. We were responsible for pre and post contract engineering services; including design and supervision for all aspects of architectural, landscape, civil, electrical, mechanical and environmental engineering to obtain final approvals and certifications. The interior of Umm Ghuwailina Health Center combines modern design with functionality and comfort. Bright, open spaces with natural light, clean lines, and calming tones create a welcoming atmosphere. The consultation rooms are practical yet warm, featuring wood finishes and essential medical furnishings. Waiting areas are spacious and thoughtfully arranged for privacy and ease.

2-National Mortuary & Medical Staff Buildings
For this project we were tasked with the design development of:
-The new National Mortuary Facility
-The new HGH Medical Staff Office Building
-The landscape around the two buildings
For the design of this project we took a minimalist and modern approach that uses the space well to make it comfortable for visitors and employees. We used warm tones to create a calm ambiance and subtle patterns for distinctive features.

3-Dental Simulation Laboratory at Qatar University
Qatar University is continuously moving forward to be the leading educational institution in the region. To provide high quality standards of education and services, approval was granted for a new dental simulation lab in the College of Medicine building.
To create a functioning lab where students can advance their dental career, we were responsible for providing design work for all disciplines, where we created a state of the art facility that evokes learning and productivity. We were also in charge of preparing tender documents, drawings, bill of quantities and specifications. Additionally, we managed the tender process until the awarding of the construction contract.

4-Environmental & Radiation (SSDL) Laboratories
The main components of the projects include the two new laboratories at two different locations, Environmental and Secondary Standards Dosimetry Laboratory (SSDL) for the Ministry of Municipality (MM) and Ministry of Environment & Climate Change (MECC) located in Mesaimeer and Al Sailiya respectively, as noted below.
A. A new build extension connected to the existing Environmental Laboratory in Mesaimeer, of approximately 1,500m2 plus circulation space (+/- 30%).
B. A new build Secondary Standards Dosimetry Laboratory (SSDL) and Supporting Laboratory in separate buildings on vacant land in Al Sailiya. The approximate size is 3,500m2.
The proposed laboratory buildings will require the design and build contractor during the design stage to plan, space and provide facilities such as but not limited to, car parking with shades, access road from the service road to the buildings, circulation roads around the buildings, landscaping, boundary wall around the planned space, security booth etc.

5-Electrical Substation for Msheireb Station & Education City Station
For the scope of this project we prepared, submitted, and reviewed required documentation for the Kahramaa approval such as the single line diagram and civil drawings, etc. As the awarded consultancy we were responsible for the construction supervision and technical support, undertaking the tasks defined by Kahramaa until the final shut down of the substations; applying for permits, yellow/blue/white card.

6-Museums Art & Design Gallery, Events Space, Production Kitchen & Liberty Café
In partnership with Qatar Museum Authority we lent our expertise to preserve history, inspire creativity and tell the story of Qatar. For this project we were requested to design the Art & Design Gallery events space, production kitchen and Liberty Cafe in the Msheireb District. The events space was designed to be for multi-use purposes and accommodate exhibitions, talks, auctions, hospitality events, a marketplace, offices and a secure art vault with top level security and environmental specifications. The production kitchen design ensures a safe working and productive space in accordance with health and safety requirements. The Liberty Cafe design is unique and cozy making it a delightful experience for visitors.

7-Novo Cinemas
Known for its legacy of entertainment across the Middle East, we were in charge of the design services and construction supervision of 5 NOVO cinema complexes in Souq Waqif, Mesharib, Tawar Mall, North Gate and The Pearl. The interior design of each complex was customized to its location, ensuring it remained aligned with the comfort and modernity of the NOVO brand. Additionally, we were in charge of the MEP System for each complex and the construction supervision to ensure that implementation of the work mirrored the plans and created the right entertainment atmosphere for movie goers.

8-FIFA World Cup Design Services and Call-Off Consulting
During one of Qatar’s most historical events- The Fifa World Cup, we were chosen to consult on a call-off basis, create an overlay design and modify the base build design. Our scope covered areas such as the Media Center, accessibility, concessions, hospitality and VIP lounges. It also contained eight stadium precincts, team base camps (including 40 training sites and 33 pair hotels), MMC, two remote search parks, the Doha Exhibition Center, QNCC, BC, NOC planning of ten transport sites including Souq Waqif and Lusail Metro West bus hubs.

9-Qatar Foundation
For four years we were on an on-call basis contract with Qatar Foundation. Our scope involved any design and construction supervision works required at QF, including all aspects of architectural and landscape design, civil, electrical, mechanical, and environmental engineering. We were also in charge of preparing specific engineering studies on an on call basis. The results included an impressive and immersive landscape that allows for organization, accessibility and mobility to support the hub of innovation and development in Qatar.

10-Qatar Academy, Sidra
The Qatar Academy Sidra approximate worksite area is 74,402 m². The location of the academy will be within Education City, in North Campus – North- West Super Block, close to the QF Staff Housing Lots 1 & 2 and the People Mover System Depot. The entire area of the North-West Super Block is 423,126 m² for the Infrastructure and Landscape Package. Qatar Academy Sidra School has an approximate GFA 32,000 m² to accommodate a total number of 1,800 students. The school has the following components; kindergarten, primary school, middle school, high school, supporting services: admin, labs, art, music, sports, swimming pool, etc. The main components of the scope include architectural works, interior works, asphalt roads, structural works, mechanical works, electrical works, fire and life safety and building permit processes.

11-Al Khor Municipality Park
Coined as one of the top family destinations in Qatar, Al Khor Municipality Park first came to us as land with many possibilities. We proposed three ideas to our client: science park, sports park and community park, where they ultimately chose the community park idea. The scope of the project involved the design of various buildings including; main gate, administration building, celebration hall, amphitheatre, restaurant, food court and heritage museum. We also designed service hubs across the park, a cycling track, electric train and water features. Every detail in our design was intentional to make the area as family friendly as possible.

12-Al Jumailya Culture and Youth Center
Al Jumailya Culture and Youth Center was founded with the intention of providing the youth with a hub where they can immerse themselves in culture, cultivate talent and receive athletic training.

13-Custom’s Training Center & Warehouses
The design of the new training center balances traditional cultural elements with modern functionality to create a welcoming atmosphere. By blending traditional elements such as geometric patterns, intricate woodwork, and cultural accents with functional modern design, the space becomes productive and welcoming. From our design and supervision for all aspects of architectural, landscape, civil, electrical, mechanical and environmental engineering to obtaining final approvals, we worked to bring a functional space for professionals across the country.

14-Al Jassimya Office Tower (Fit Out)
Comprising 3 basements, ground floor, mezzanine, and 40 storeys, Al Jassimya Office Tower is one of Qatar’s most notable office buildings. Our firm was in charge of the fit-out, MEP, architectural safety reviews, obtaining approvals and permits from Municipality & Civil Defense, providing construction supervision and technical support for all disciplines. Through planning, coordination and hard work we turned a large vacant space into a completely functional office building that contributes to the prosperity of the country and region.

15-Ministry Of Communication Three VIP Floors
For the scope of this project we were in charge of pre and post contract engineering services including full design proposal for the three VIP floors including minister’s office. Additionally, we were responsible for the design and supervision for all aspects of architectural, interior, civil, electrical, mechanical and environmental engineering to obtain final approvals. The office space is a masterful blend of cutting-edge technology and refined luxury, offering an environment where sophistication and innovation coexist seamlessly. Every detail of the design has been carefully curated to create an atmosphere of exclusivity and high performance, setting the stage for both productivity and a premium experience.
