Among our notable developments is Al Jassimiya Office Tower, one of Qatar’s prominent office buildings. Through comprehensive fit-out works, MEP coordination, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards, the tower was transformed into a fully operational and efficient workspace. The project stands as a testament to our ability to handle large-scale developments while maintaining attention to detail at every stage.
Similarly, Al Ghaith Tower highlights our strength in engineering excellence. Our team led the structural, geotechnical, and MEP design aspects, ensuring that the building meets the highest standards of safety and stability. In the corporate sector, the Qatar Gas Head Office showcases our ability to merge functionality with modern design. The project was carefully developed to enhance productivity while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Our work on the Ministry of Communication’s three VIP floors reflects a refined and exclusive design approach. This project blends advanced technology with high-end interiors, resulting in a sophisticated environment tailored for high-level operations. Every detail was curated to create a seamless experience that balances innovation, luxury, and performance.
At Wesaya Tower, the focus shifted toward creating a space that feels both practical and inviting. The design emphasizes comfort, accessibility, and clarity, ensuring a smooth experience for both visitors and employees. The result is a well-balanced environment that supports daily functionality while maintaining a calm and professional identity.
The QAPCO Headquarters further demonstrates our ability to design spaces that combine luxury, warmth, and efficiency. With careful attention to materials, layout, and overall ambiance, the headquarters was developed to foster productivity while offering a cohesive and comfortable working environment. It reflects a modern design language that aligns with professional excellence.
Our work on the five Novo Cinemas branches in Qatar highlights our ability to create spaces that support high-traffic operations while enhancing the overall user experience. Through our engineering expertise, we have provided comprehensive services including design development, technical coordination, and on-site supervision, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to completion.
In the College of Engineering Research Center, we showcased design and supervision capabilities. The supervision scope included day to day monitoring and management of the site work conducted to ensure that the execution and completion of the project met quality standards. The purpose of the redesign was to accommodate the QU Testing Center and obtain the municipalities approvals as per the country’s regulations. Using earth tones, modern furniture, natural light and wide space the design focused on creating a state of the art facility that encourages learning, growth and innovation.
To create an atmosphere of academic excellence for the Edison International Academy Complex, required the implementation of a full design scope including interior design, landscaping and acoustic studies. The design was created to be comfortable, vibrant and functional for students and faculty. Furthermore, our supervision consultancy services included technical support for the structural and MEP systems. We also secured authorities approvals for both design and construction supervision disciplines.
To develop a family friendly environment and the ideal space for recreation, our team was responsible for the full design scope and the securement of approvals for four parks: 3 parks at AI Maamoura and 1 park at Bu Hamour. In our design we feature lush green landscapes, flowerbeds and comfortable walking trails. Additionally, we created space for fun playgrounds, picnics and other outdoor activities. The use of greenery is not only aesthetically pleasing but it also contributes to strengthening the country’s biodiversity.
To add value to a country’s culture and leisure sector, one of our latest projects, Noor Sultan Mosque, was built in 2003 as an endowment from Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) to the government of Kazakhstan. Hence, 20 years have passed on the existing facility; accordingly, QFFD decided to partially refurbish the existing facility and add another extension building in order to comply with the end-user needs. This mosque has very special and unique advantages against the other newly built congregational facilities in Astana, such as but not limited to the Grand Mosque and Hazret Sultan Mosque. It is the only mosque located in the heart of downtown, where all tourists and the majority of locals would like to visit. This adds a very special and important aspect to the project, in which we are required to provide an interactive and stylish expansion and improve the outdoor spaces to be able to accommodate more visitors and encourage more community engagement. EGEC has designed the full scope, including demolishing the external courtyard of the mosque and all the systems required for constructing a new prayer hall. We have also worked on additional facilities like the imam’s office, assistant’s offices, and a Quran-learning classroom. Additionally, maintenance will be conducted on the existing mosque roof to address water leakage at the dome. The project also involves the construction of a new Multifunction Building, comprising the ground floor, first floor, and roof, in addition to the landscape and surrounding site design. EGEC, with its Kazakhstan office, has obtained all the required authorities’ approvals and replied to all tender inquiries in addition to the tender evaluation process.
