  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in project planning

Senior Project Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in project coordination, design management, consultancy, or PMC environments

Senior Design Architect

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and design management
  • PMC experience is a plus

Senior Electrical Design Engineer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in electrical design and design management
  • PMC experience is a plus

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and large-scale development projects
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical design; PMC experience is a plus

Design Architect

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline is required
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, design management, and PMC/construction projects

2D/3D Draftsman

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software such as Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent BIM tools
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in drafting, BIM modeling, and technical drawing production
